Hardwood handled 4 bit screwdrivers

I buy these very nice 4-bit screwdriver sets and turn the handles on my lathe from hardwood species that are exceptionally hard and durable. They are outfitted with a brass ferrule to keep the driver shaft tight and prevent the handle from splitting inder torque. They feel great in your hand and come with 2 sizes each of phillips and flat-head bits. If you have odd bits that are made for 1/4″ drill chucks, those will fit in the bit shaft as well. I finish these in Glancy’s #1 penetrating oil finish to increase durability, show off the rich wood grains and unique qualities of each wood species.

<– Pictured here, from left to right are handles made from: Jatoba (Brazillian Cherry), Bocote, and Osage Orange.
